Refund Policy

We want you to love every Memory House product. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day returns: You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping costs are not refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made a mistake with your order.

Not happy with a candle? If a candle doesn't burn properly or the scent isn't what you expected, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a replacement or store credit.

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives broken or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement.

How to start a return: Email hello@thememoryhouse.net with your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
